This was Claire's first and last ride down the slide bc some Carny wouldn't let 1 inch slip by! Most rides required 42 inch height requirement and Claire is only 41 inches

Big Wave

Darrell and the girls got knocked down by a big wave. Claire never recovered and wouldn't go in the water for the rest of the day. Josie and Darrell continued to catch waves the rest of the day!

Josie is always concerned about what everyone else has in comparison to herself. My mother and I decided to trick Josie into thinking she was getting a smaller lollipop than Claire and Kateri. It got ugly. We immediately gave her the big lollipop.
