Bogey has Surgery on his Knee

Darrell slept with him the past few nights

Bogey's knee has been bothering him for a while and his vet believed he had a torn meniscus. While I was on the Cape, Darrell called me and told me that I have to come home because Bogey is going to need surgery. My poor dog was limping around and visibly in pain.

On Wednesday we went to the Orthapedic Surgeon and she told me Bogey will need surgery on his knee. He had what is called a "Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy" which translates to very expensive. He is doing better and adjusting to life laying down.
